Privacy Policy

Your privacy and anonymity are of the utmost importance to The London Vandal. We don’t like spies and snoops.

We will never sell, give-away or trade your information with any third party. We do not needlessly collect any information about our users. The only information we have on the user us what is shared publicly by the user on the site and forums, and names and addresses of those who have ordered things on the site. We do not store your financial details, that is to say we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

When you order from us, your credit card details, names and addresses are transferred over an SSL connection this means that the information is secure. SSL means the information cannot be read from anyone who may be trying to eavesdrop, only by us.

We have no idea what any one of our users writes, and have no interest in knowing. We may from time to time use your email address to send you newsletters containing news and special offers on our products. There will be an option on these newsletters to unsubscribe, should you wish.

Delivery Policy

We charge for delivery based on the weight of the good you order. If you spend £150.00 of more, the delivery charge is waived. Currently, all deliveries are made through Royal mail, using a variety of their services.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK, but are working on it.

At The London Vandal, we know waiting for your goods to arrive is a pain, so we strive to have your purchases delivered within 3 – 4 working days. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the postal service The London Vandal cannot guarantee this on all occasions. A signature will be required on delivery, for your protection.

In the event of the item being lost in the post, we will make sure it is replaced or you will be refunded if the item cannot be replaced. It takes 15 days past the due delivery date before Royal Mail confirm a package as lost.

If a package is too large for your letter box and no one is home to accept the package, it will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail collection office where it can be collected or a redelivery can be arranged. They will post a note through the door to let you know where your goods are.

Refunds of all kinds are processed back onto the debit or credit card you paid with.


Returns, Refunds And Cancellations

You have the right to cancel the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However, this cancellation does not apply to any items that have been used/unsealed. They must be returned to us (at your cost) exactly as they were received.

When returning items, they must be sent to us so that we receive them within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. We do not however, charge a restock fee for returns.

If we send you the wrong item by mistake, then they can be returned for replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion. The buyer must contact us with details of the item received BEFORE returning the items to us. Any items to be returned to us must be returned exactly as they were received.

We package items carefully, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will replace the item at no cost to you. The damaged item, and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us.

Please contact us (use the “contact us” page) BEFORE returning the item to discuss the method of return. If it is impractical to return the damaged item, then we would require photographic evidence of the damage to be forwarded to us.

We cannot refund the cost of initial delivery to you in cases where we were not at fault.
